We became the channel partner of Infor and got into alliances with SAP, IFS, IBM, and ORACLE. With years of service into IT solutions business, we cater to various industries like automotive, food & beverages, hospitality, retail, aerospace & defense, hi-tech electronics, textile, wire & cable, energy & power, discrete manufacturing, and equipment & machinery. Recognizing our achievements and capabilities, Infor has made us their global premium delivery partner. With an objective to offer the best and customized services to our clients spreading across 41 countries. And have set up multiple offices across the globe.

Valter Gasparini possesses over 30 years of IT experience, with a Bachelor's Degree from Universidade de São Paulo. His extensive global experience includes roles as Solution Architect, Project Manager, and Consulting Manager. He has deep expertise in ERP, CRM, BI, and Supply Chain across multiple regions including Europe, Asia, Africa, North and Latin America, working with a variety of Infor cloud and on-premises applications.
Dr. Sanjay Sharda is President to Merino Consulting Services, with 30+ years of experience. Has headed IT Department of various companies which includes, DCM Shriram Group of Industries, Welspun India Ltd., Abhishek Industries Ltd., and Century Laminating Co. Ltd. Having a proven track record of successfully heading 7 SAP implementations and 15+ Baan Implementations.
Dr. Sanjay holds a PhD. in Business Management, Master's in Business Administration (MBA) and Master's in Computer Applications (MCA) from Delhi University. Holding a certificate in ERP Design and Implementation from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad and Materials Management from XRLI, Jamshedpur.
Mr. Ashish is Managing Director to Merino Consulting Services who is a Chartered and Cost Accountant, holding a bachelor's degree in Commerce from Mumbai University. Having 27+ years of experience, including the last 10 years in various Senior Management positions. Before Merino, he worked with Infor as a Director in following departments- Enterprise Solutions Business, Consulting and Sales.
He is also a qualified ISO 9001:2000 Lead Assessor from KEMA Quality Management, Netherlands. Has completed several courses/workshops which includes Leadership Simulation, European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM), Total Quality Management (TQM), Lean Management, Kaizen, Project Management, and Implementation Methodology.

Achint Agarwal brings over 30 years of expertise in the tech sector, with an Engineering degree in Computer Science from the USA. He has a substantial background as a DBA and Technical Administrator, having worked for over two decades across various IT organizations in the USA, highlighting his profound technical skills and industry adaptability.
